THE PILOT IN PRACTICE

Making Long-Term Investment Useful in Everyday Life

The proposed Samoa pilot is designed to help families experience practical value in everyday life while building toward longer-term financial participation.

Under the proposed structure, UTOS would remain the regulated investment provider, while The Seed Network would help connect families to useful benefits they can access now — including transportation through MOVE, household and community support through CONNECT, and education support through LEARN.

The pilot is also designed to support families when life becomes difficult, with pathways for verified urgent assistance such as medical, healthcare, funeral, and emergency family support.

Investment for tomorrow. Useful benefits for today. Protection when life becomes difficult.

Pilot architecture prepared for discussion with UTOS, legal counsel, and participating community, commercial, and institutional partners.
